This website has a page about Jason on it. We are not the only family who's child has been killed and their death's covered up. They are the Home Of The Brave.

I have created this blog in an effort to seek justice in the murder of my nephew and Godson, PFC Jason L. Pirro. I never knew how much physical, mental and verbal abuse people endured at the hands of our military. I come from a family that has proudly served our country ever since our ancestors came to the United States in the early 1600's. Throughout every war in our American history we had ancestors who served in each and every one of them. 5 of my 6 brothers were in the military, my brothers-in-law were in the military and some of them served in Vietnam. I have always been proud to be an American, and I love my Freedom of Speech and the right to vote. But the way the military abuses its own has truly disgusted me.

We are not allowed to abuse our children and if we do-we get arrested. We cannot go outside and walk up to someone that we dislike and hit them, because if we do, we'll get arrested for assault. Yet the people who are training our children in the military, can verbally, mentally and physically do whatever they want to the enlisted and noone is ever held accountable and they act as if they don't have to answer to anyone. It's like they are a government all by themself. That needs to change.

There are 2 young girls, my great-nieces who will grow up without seeing their Daddy and that isn't right. Jason was a loving son, father, husband, nephew, cousin and friend. He had the biggest and warmest heart and you could feel the warmth in his hugs. I have to remember that, because we will never feel those hugs again. His death never should've happened. They messed with the wrong family and we are going to make sure that there is justice for Jason and his family.

To the military, Jason was a rank, a serial number and a piece of property, but to us he was everything. He was the sweetest person you'd ever meet. When they took his life, they changed our lives FOREVER! And now we will begin the journey to seek justice and to right the wrongs of the military.

PFC Jason L. Pirro

PFC Jason L. Pirro. My nephew, PFC. Jason L. Pirro, was found dead at Camp Geiger, N.C., on July 15th, 2004. If anyone was down there at Camp Geiger when Pirro was and has any information about the last few weeks, or the last few days or the last few hours of his life, any information would be greatly appreciated. I anxiously await your postings Denise. What happened to Jason must be uncovered; we must try and prevent this from happening to any other young people. Those that did this to Jason and those that have covered it up must be found out and made to be accountable.

Wow, hearing your story just makes me so thankful to be Canadian, and to have the system we have for our armed forces....as much as I like our neighbors to the south, I agree that the armed forces are somewhat harsh in the US. At least thats how they are portrayed on TV. I know in Canada its not exactly a cake walk in the army, but on the flipside we never hear of the same type of abuse of the soldiers that you hear about in the states.Good luck in your quest to seek justice, I sincerely hope you receive it.

Stationed at Camp Geiger?

I would like to hear from anyone who IS or WAS in the United States Marine Corps, (Location: Camp Geiger/Camp Lejeune). Specifically, if they were stationed aboard Camp Geiger in North Carolina (Camp Lejeune), in the School Of Infantry, during the past few years, especially during the year 2004. I would appreciate any information that you could tell me about your experiences down there or what you saw other people endure. You could send me any information in an email message and you don't have to post it in comments, if you don't want to.My email address is: deeraymeg@gmail.com

I never realized how many people's children are dying under suspicious circumstances at the hands of our military.

Yes, there are to many suspicious deaths there in the Marine corp,at Camp Lejeune,N.C. The parents of these young men should get together and be heard. Murdered in the Military no one wants to discuss, but it needs to be. There are so many famlies in the same situation. I'm a Mom of a Marine who was found dead and they the military said he took his own life, but he didn't. He was murdered.Far as NCIS I have no faith in them, cause they didn't want to hear whatI had to say. Thats okay, cause we will prove my son was murdered, one day justice we will get. They need to do shows or 20/20 or fox news about the subject of Murdered in the Military and Hazings because that is still going on.

You are absolutely right. The media needs to get involved, to bring this to light, so other families don't have to endure such horrific losses on our own military bases.
